On the Speedball remake

Hello Kroah. I would like to know if you still plan to continue development on your Speedball 2 remake. I wanted to create an entry for it on the Linux Game Tome, but I wanted to know if you still intend to finish it.

Hello Conundrum,

The remake was a proof of concept showing how we could, in a short time, remake a part of a game using a manual reverse engineering method.

Even if i would like to write a full remake, with network multiplayer support like CoCoNet, it's not on my short term to-do list.

I see LGT talks about Linux games, i don't know its compatibility with the current mono project (or similar project).
FYI, it's written in C# 3.5 without using any special external library (I don't think doing a SDL port).

Thanks for your interest.
