new icon for the map editor

For those of you with a desktop launcher like rocketdock, objectdock &c, you'll need a transparent PNG image to trigger the coconet world map editor.

Here is a tongue-in-cheek (fun) one I have created using slartibartfast as the creator...



Excuse the poor quality image of slartibartfast. When the image appears in your dock then the icon appears much smaller and seems a lot better in quality.
