Coconet will not install on Win11

Coconet will not install on Win11. Fails consistently with the XNA 3.5 framework. Not played Coconet since Win11 arrived.

Come on, open source it so we can fix it or fix the installation process yourself SOON!.

I have to keep a Windows 7 system running just to run Coconet.
